hehe...bad things i add to todays blog...don't spoil the post..hehe
yesterday, damn sianz...you can never be too good at anything
without offending anyone...someone out there will always
want to be better and its just fucking sianz.
so when i didn't complete a BIG(?) part yesterday,
i get pounded upside down repeatedly on something which i think isn't that
important compared to getting the work done by presentation time..
i mean, do you want to hand up nothing or 90% correct stuff?
crap manz...i was fucking angry...to think i was considerate enough
not to tell the trainer i finished it all already...
so primary school behavior...i apologise.

nothing much today, did my lectures..hehe..
i did a chop chop one...it's only 3 pages long...sigh..
so i was done in 15 min...shortest lecture on earth...
not considering the others..haha...

Cook a BIG meat feast today...definitely more meat than yesterday...
6 2cmx2cmx2cm cubes of black pepper beef, one 200g (i think) slab of chicken breast,
4 stalks(?) of vegetable, 2 shitake mushroom (5cm diameter), one small
green pepper, rice...hehe...the beef...sucks...more like chewing gum...
the chicken is always the best bet...forgot to take the meat out of the
freezer today anywya, so had to defrost them with the microwave...
so sianz..wait for the meat...dinner also get to watch Japan vs Germany
live...sucks man...i was supporting Japan...lost 0-3..sigh...
too bad lah...germany...they had the most chances...

sorry about the blog freeze...i was downloading some stuff...
so the web browser wasn't really working...sumimasen!
(and i was watching my shows..hahaha)

Woohoo...today is party day, bo nen kai!
forget the year party!!
wah, went to drink drink and drink...
4000 yen dinner...60 dollars...
ate scallop...medium size one..
got crab..but not that much meat...don't eat the head ley..
got steamboat...got fried stuff...got sashimi...
but not filling..cuz most of the time, must talk kok and
sing song...sing song?? yea...after the party,
we carried on to part 2 at the karaoke place...
not sleazy...just like any other japanese restaurant...
there is food and drinks..AGAIN! ..but FREE!! hehehe
man...those japanese are really crazy once they start
seeing the beer...the quiet goes crazy..the crazy go lagi crazy...
i...restrained...muahaha...why would i tell you!
lucky i loved to listen to japanese songs last time...
at least i could recognise a few pieces...
the head of department sang some 1950s song...with samurai and all that
warrior old black and white tv series showing at the background..hehe
omoshiroi!! (interesting!) ...
and well..we had to sing!! so the TAP trainees take turn to sing...
my trainer...during the day...very okay one...then ah...
when at the restaurant...he also okay one...shy shy one...
then when the karaoke comes ah...WAHHHHHH....
he's hobby is definitely Karaokeing...haha
he knows most of the songs, he could sing, move to the beat,
dance, create atmosphere...so what else to do? he came over and asked me...
"what songs do you want to sing?"
wah..chua dio...okay lah..what do you expect...entered the room-of-no-return liaoz...
so i told him i heard of Utada hikaru before...i choose "First Love" as something
which i have heard before...wah, he went to search for it and SANG it for me man!
hahaha..eh..there are lots of high pitches in that song leh..
powerful stuff...so what i do? i sang a song with him...SMAP - Lion heart..hahaahaha..
(thank god for the channel 8 broadcast of that eating competition thingy...)
like i know how to sing like that...but luckily, there are lots of hiragana around..
so it was actually EASIER to sing than chinese songs! kawabunga!
T3 also sang...some song..what song i cnanot remember...i was more interested
in the wasabi dipped sotong sashimi...hehehehe...go read his blog!
then this guy came and ask me to sing with him...Aerosmith...wah...
must be that song liaoz..and it is...I don't wanna miss a thing...
my fav last time..hehe...though i think its stale now, i still love the animal cracker

T3 and his department guys are damn "gum"...they teach him how to
ask someone to drink..just ask.. "do you hate me?????!" hahaha...
lots of japanese flying around the room lastnight..."NOME!" is to order someone to drink..haha
they were testing our jap too...it was pretty interesting with my trainer..
cuz he can't really speak english that much, we started to speak in japanese too..
crazy buggers we were last night...just look at this LONG post! i obviously enjoyed it..hehe
i'm sure everyone there did too! they kept offering drinks throughout the night..
haha...the sake..HOT sake...very HOT!!!

tired of updating this diary..haha...
no lah...busy like a bumblebee..
all the stuff keeps coming everyday...
there is always something to be done by the day...
oh boy...today is more lectures and circuit drawing...
the stupid example in the book had everyone stumped...
went to eat out today, since tomorrow we have a party..
went to SongWu to eat...not that nice...
one piece or rather..cube...of chicken ...9 dollars...OUCH...
reread my english...it sucks too...paiseh...
doesn't matter to me now, i am in a place where english is
none existant...though most of the stuff here are actually
named in english...hmm...

Monday...nothing to report today, lots of work to do..
did my simulations of waveforms...boring.

Day 48. 12th Dec 04

Ah...sunday, grocery shopping day...went to motosumiyoshi to buy vegetable and
meat...today, going to have a feast...the chicken...CHEAP!!! the beef...attractive...
the pork..i left it in the fridge since dunno when!! oh well...went to get my usual meat
and vegetables...orange juice..chocolate..watever..hehe...i have lots of food now in
my room...about 100dollars worth i believe...i won't starve...definitely..haha..

Lunch was a BIG meal...1 plate of Udon noodles, 2 big cubes of black pepper chewy Steak (medium rare),
300g of chicken breast, 2 bunch of vegetables fried with garlic, onions, green pepper, shitake mushrooms,
cailiflower and oyster sauce. Top it up with a glass of orange Juice and some
Butter Cookies...hehe...LUNCH! of course, with such nice meal, i had to work it out..
so off i go to my laundry...whites and darks...one washing machine each..hahaha..SHHH...
WHICH REMINDS ME!!!!! its still in the machine...CHOTTO MATTE!!!

sigh..once again...i forgot to claim my laundry..hehehe...
ah..where was i? tshush just came in to the shooting range...hehehehe...

yes, after lunch, SLEEP...like a pig...slept for 4 hours...then woke up for dinner..
dinner was massive as well...vegetable, damp japanese rice, shitake mushroom, green pepper,
2 pork steaks, one chicken breast...orange juice...sounds familiar?? yes...something like lunch...
not much of a variety here..i am still an amateur cook..hehe...

tonight must research on steak cooking..the chewy steak was not NICE..its...chewy...
maybe it was the meat...hmm...

ah well..i forgot...i actually played with my gun today! hehee..went to get my batteries...
shoots pretty good, like the one we have in singpaore, only electric..hehe..
no more cocking the bloody gun...shot a guys face in teh newspaper...pretty accurate...
but i was standing close too..haha..

OHkay...i shall go enjoy my banana and hot cocoa...hehehe..i believe i need the nutrients to
keep going like an energizer batteries...i mean, who ever goes touring EVERY WEEKEND?!...
i do...and its @#@# tiring...add work into the equation..you get a pretty stressed out person...
so what does he do? EAT!! chocolates, wine, liquor...cheap here...but i only eat the chocs..
the rest...eto...will try another day...too much antiox...hehe...

Day 47. Asakusa: Sensoji Temple

Tour of the day is Asakusa, the land, or rather, the city of many temples.The one with the BIG lantern (not that big ley) is quite nice. why quite only?cuz i got a bad lot went i went to seek my fortune. so i went to tie it to a stick and hope that the wind will blow it away. hehe.

The place is generally nice, with lots of photo taking opportunities..leading to the temple is a stretch of small shops, very nicely done up..little trinklets, japanese dolls, lanterns, foodstuff, crackers, all made up the scene..there are places selling toys too..but i will come to that later.These are more like tourist attraction i guesss...met some singaporeans there too..from their accent..hahaa..how many people speaker engrish liker us HAR?
the food there is nice, but as usual, i believe that ajinomoto did the job too well again. more shopping later, and more food sampling later...and more shopping later..and more food sampling later...you get the drift..thats the stuff we did for quite a while before we actually reach the temple.

The temple. Large Lantern? yea...with a 5 story pagoda next to it, there was another 1 hour of photo taking again. The crux of this tour, the smoke from the incense burnt in a caudron in the temple. People were patting the smoke onto their head, body, limbs...while i just walked through the smoke hehe...they were standing where the wind was blowing from...of course cannot get the smoke lah! ...these people...

anyway went to get the lot after that, bad bad...Fiona also kanna...the rest...got okay lots...so sad...it's gonna be sader from now on..."the one you wait will never come back" was the most striking one...what the s#!$......oh well..i've already got lot 44 for my bicycle..bought my japanese doll for granny...hope it's what she wanted..it's paper alright..but the others seems nicer ...and there is another version of the paper doll..haiz...then i went to this shop with the BB guns..hehehehehehe...i got one for 3130yen...about 45 sing...bought a Colt ..electric powered...
no pictures for you! hehehehe...i still haven't take the picture yet...too lazy to go cock the weapon every shot..hheehe...i need the accuracy i can get...it has this hop up system, where the bullet will be subjected to spin at the tip of the barrel...details aside, its a great gun...tomorrow i will try it out..cuz today, i didn't get my batteries!!! ARRGHGHGHGHGHGHGHG....Shaonan went to get his flying dagger..wonder how he is going to practice...hahahaanyway...after doing whatever is necessary, we left and walked around...i realised that this place is actually built in the middle of the city..or the city was built around it...the usual japanese shops and department stores are just nearby...so there was't really anything new about the surroundings..minus the ASAHI beer building, where there is a sperm like thingy on the top of the building...it's foam...

haha...Walked around aimlessly for the next few hours, went to see a shop, found 200yen 2nd hand golf clubs...cool...went to check out the golf driving range nearby ..500 for 50 balls..300 per lot...ouch...finally we went back to the temple...by accident...and went to take night shots...hours later, we were eating and heading home. Fiona had fever, so i guess its going back time. The weather now is COOL...literally...maybe i should say COLD...still trying to be hero, using the windbreaker and a tshirt..but i don't think it works anymore...time to whip up my trusty jacket..the one i used in ..JAPAN 97..hehehe...the same one...only 10 shades lighter...i talked too much. writing this on sunday, after a nice sleep, and a BIG lunch. talk about it on sunday section...hehe..seeya!

wah! today went to watch Mr Incredible! AWESOME! i mean...first movie..plus it wasn't a rip off..
great brainless show!!! love the way they keep the show going...the usual super powers
got my knees weak again...damn love super human stuff! hehehe!
kinda uplifting too, for it was a long week i had...with all the work everyday, it really
sucked...great way to start the weekend...they don't switch on the light till you
finish watching the credits...

the night was freaking cold man...cycled back..but was damn cold! came back
with a running nose...after cycling for 30+++minutes!..talk about working out in the

the JLPT really took alot out of my brains..
today even tried to do some simple studyin...but can tell...
it's not going in at all..i was basically just trying hard to keep awake...

last night the winds were big! the whole balcony door shoke throughout the night...
not scary..but damn irritating...the next morning..all the trees botak...
then when we went to the school today, it was so warm in the morning...
then as we walked towards the train station..someone turned down the temp again..
kinda cool..the weird weather we have here...it was supposed to be the warmest december
ever...and well..the winds were near tonado kinds...coool.
